Have used this cattery just once, was shown around and impressed with the pens, no smell of urine and animals who were in pens appeared comfortable and contented. Our two cats 🐈 were fine on return and no problems. Would use again

Went to go and have a look at accommodation and couldn't have got away faster. When shown accommodation for small animals the cages were falling apart, cramped conditions that smelt really strong of urine, then the lady that was showing us around was really rude to the neighbour when he asked a question nicely. I wouldn't even bother looking around as you are wasting your time! We definitely have the right one, have double checked!

When we viewed we were only shown the outdoor pens. Our cat was put into the indoor pens and they were appalling! Cramped conditions, strong smell of urine, no natural light for the cats. Strongly recommend you viewing the indoor rooms before agreeing to leave your cat there! The lady had no idea how long she was keeping our cat or when we'd booked till which is the minimum that I would expect from a cattery. Use with caution!

A lovely home away from home for your cat. Blue had a lovely time here & when we got him home he was happy as when he left. You could tell he was well looked after. Been to another cattery & he was so stressed when I got him home, he smelt & his bed was super dirty. But no such signs this time round after his 4 day stay here. Would highly recommend & definitely use Hall Farm again. Thank you for taking good care of my Blue.

Just picked my Ragdoll cat Mia up from Hall Farm 1st time I've ever used them. Brilliant place she was looked after really well. Will definitely go back, no hesitation

Just picked up our cat, Oscar from Hall farm Cattery. He’s been well looked after and is his usual happy self. We were running late back from our breakaway due to holiday traffic. Telephoned the owner and she was happy to wait till we got there. Cattery is clean and plenty of space ‘per cat cabin’ and competitively priced. Owners are friendly and obviously animal lovers as they have a few cats of their own roaming around - along with horses from what we have seen. Highly recommended.

Great place. My two kittens loved it. I spent some time chatting with the lady who owns it as well as the girl who looks after the cats and now I know my cats were played with, cuddled, spoken too and very well looked after. Already booked them in again for my next two planned vacations :) Thank you

Been using this cattery for a few years now. Absolutely satisfied with the service and extremely impressed with the knowledge of the owner. She recently looked after my birds as well as the cats and they were in excellent condition when I picked them up. Thank you.

Came here for Easter bank holiday to leave my cat and rabbit. Was pleased, they provided the food and bedding. Prices where really reasonable when I came back my cat acted like he didn't want to leave! I had my cat in there outdoor pens they where spacious and my rabbit had a run on the grass. Just as I left them. Staff where very polite and my daughter loved seeing the other animals

I booked this cattery 3 months in advance before our August holidays. The lady owner asked for vaccination certificate and the kind of food our cat prefers. On the day we brought along the food our cat likes but the owner already had it and told us that as food was already included in the cost we should take it back home. We forgot to bring our cats bed but the owner arranged one of her own and a toy for our cat to play with. After 8 nights at the cattery we picked our cat up. Our cat looked healthy, well fed and content. The owner said that our cat ate well and was sociable but growled at other cats: her normal self. I recommend this cattery and the fact it is usually full shows that others trust it for their precious cats to be cared for.
