OK so he was a little late getting here, but he quickly got on with the job. You know when you can tell that someone just knows what they are doing, well this guy clearly does. Every connection was made properly and every screw meticulously replaced. Finished off with a full re programming and check of the entire installation via the cars OBD and his specialist equipment. A really tidy and professional installation at a sensible price, I have no hesitation in recommending JIB. EDIT: Since the above review, Jim has fitted 2 more tow bars to my cars. This guy definitely goes above and beyond, what a super star. Diligent, professional, cheeful and reliable... all at the best prices too.

What a fantastic company to use . I was recommended by a friend to use these and what a recommendation it was. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish not only did they fit a tow bar for me they also fitted motormovers as well both occasions on time friendly and polite. Completely up to date with what was going on and Jim also helped me with a few other things that was nothing to do with the jobs that he was there to do so big thanks to Nicola and Jim keep up the good work and thanks again. I used Jim earlier in the year for a new tow bar. From start to finish they was very polite and very professional, from the telephone booking to the fitting Jim turned up on time and carried the work taking care of my car every step and explaining everything I needed to know on using it and fitting. I am VERY fussy who works on my cars (Jim even let me have the time to clean behind the bumper and frame work while it was off) and without a doubt would get Jim to work on my car anytime I need a tow bar fitting. The job was clean and tidy all wiring placed in the correct place and hidden away (you would not even know he had been there!!) I am only writing the review now as I have only been able to use the tow bar in the last month, so I want to wait until I had before leaving a review.

What a great experience. Jim and Nicola were so professional, keeping me informed throughout the process. I was very apprehensive about having a tow bar fitted to my nearly new Audi. The quote was very competitive, parts were of the highest quality and Jim turned up on the dot. From word go I could see that he has extremely high standards and worked with such care around the car. First class service. I was a little apprehensive having the tow bar fitted to my car on the driveway but I should not have worried. Despite my car being a difficult fit, the job was done quickly and professionally including the re coding of the vehicle. To add to the equation the cost was reasonable too. I am really pleased with the result and would recommend JIB.

From our first phone call to fitting the service we recived was second to none the communication from JIB is excellent. With in 10 minutes of our first phone call we had our quote. We had a text the day before to give us the time of arrival. The job that Jim did was very professional and his workmanship is superb.
