I would stay well clear of these cow boys even with cctv footage of them smashing a table and throwing things at pots they will not pay for the damage they have done. If you're with orbit housing and having anything done make sure these cowboys don't show up at your door 1 start rating because you can not give 00000 witch they deserve

Two grown men driving a large truck couldn't decide which lane they wanted to be in at Hams Hall and swapped lanes without any care for anybody around them, when I used my horn to advise them of my presence they were giving me rude hand gestures out the window swearing at me and then thought it was appropriate to try and blind me with their full beam. Grown men trying to intimidate a woman, certainly not someone I would want working on a job for me.
